Even though it was a same-day cancellation, Sunny, the manager at the front desk, was so kind and understanding. Instead of being upset, she genuinely asked about my condition and told me to contact them when my leg got better. I really appreciated her kindness. I also recently had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Kwak, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
